There is also a hula-hoop activity which oddly is very popular with my dad! You stand on the board and swivel your hips to rotate the hula-hoop which you can see on screen. The board is so accurate that it moves on screen just as though you were really doing it!! There are various stages to this including stretching and leaning to catch additional hoops. I find this one pretty hard as I'm not particularly fit!
Balance Games
This is by far the most used section of the program and is perhaps the most 'fun'. It consists of a wide variety of balance games where you stand on the board and have to really work hard to get high scores. It includes a game where you see a flat table with holes in on the screen and some snooker type balls, you have to shift your balance carefully on the board to get the balls in the holes in the given ...

Advantages: The Balance Board technology is outstanding Disadvantages: It can be quite expensive
Intro
Wii Fit is something quite difficult to review. But people think that playing things like Wii Fit, is doing them good. Like take Brain Training, it would make you smarter, or something like Guitar Hero would make them feel like rockstars. But does Wii Fit actually make you fit? I think yes. It does make you fit. And today, Wii Fit costs £69.99 ($89.99) which may be a little on the pricey side. But amusing if you can afford it, it is so much worth to buy and helps you stay much in great shape. It's so very worth ...

Advantages: Easy way to keep fit. Disadvantages: Can't think of any.
Last Christmas, my mum (a.k.a. "Santa") got the family a Wii Fit - hinting at my sister and I that we need to keep fit. I'm going to admit, I'm a bit fat. Now, I'm not one of those people you see in documentaries who can't get out of bed because they're huge but I could stand to lose a stone or two. I used to go to the gym twice a week but I found it too difficult and it was straining keeping up with my trainer, and I felt embarassed whenever I told him I couldn't do something. I did lose about half a stone though so I was happy about that. When I started using the Wii fit I was a bit anxious about trying it out because it had been a while since I'd been to the gym and I wasn't too keen to let my family see how unfit I was! However, I've been using it on-and-off since Christmas and it's great! It's been about a month since I last used it ...
