Advantages: Great value for money, plenty of weights
Disadvantages: Takes a while to build, inability to add additional weights

Advantages: great for weightloss, fun for all the family, improves posture, balance and health
Disadvantages: expensive, can only register up to 8 family members

you can improve your balance, posture and general health. Setting Goals You will be encouraged to set goals for yourself regarding your weight. You are given the opportunity to set an amount of weight you want to lose or gain and the timescale in terms of weeks in which you want to do this. If you get a bit carried away - the Wii will remind you that a healthy amount to lose is 2lbs a week and will strongly advise you to set an obtainable goal! Each time you meet a goal it is recorded on your charts and you can choose to set another one. Main Screen & Privacy As there are likely to be other members of the family using the Wii Fit, you are given an option to password protect your weight data. "Lat will do nicely" : Life Fitness Lateral Raise

Advantages: Perfect execution of the exercise in hand, quality build, quality company
Disadvantages: Expensive for the home buyer, very heavy!!!!

On to the second piece of Life Fitness equipment I will be reviewing this week, the Life Fitness Signature Lateral Raise. This is one of my favourite pieces of kit and in my opinion creates the best gurning faces out of all the kit in the gym (lol). Apologise to those that have read my other review regarding the signature series, there is an element of repetition regarding the company details and signature series, but I prefer to keep it in for new consumers as it highlights who they are buying from and also the uniqueness of the signature brand.
