Advantages: Great value for money, plenty of weights
Disadvantages: Takes a while to build, inability to add additional weights

Advantages: Superb Build quality, simple to use
Disadvantages: A bit too expensive for such a simple piece of equipment

...Unknowingly, Life Fitness have achieved a sexual divide with the Glute Press as having worked in a number of gyms, I rarely see any males actually using this piece of equipment. Perhaps it is the female predisposition for smaller butt that means blokes can?t actually get a look in! Irrespective of this apparent user guideline of being ?female?, the glute press is once again another exceptional mainstay of the Life Fitness Signature series. Before we go any further, lets take a look at who your buying from and what to expect from the Signature Series. Advantages: Perfect execution of the exercise in hand, quality build, quality company
Disadvantages: Expensive for the home buyer, very heavy!!!!

...On to the second piece of Life Fitness equipment I will be reviewing this week, the Life Fitness Signature Lateral Raise. This is one of my favourite pieces of kit and in my opinion creates the best gurning faces out of all the kit in the gym (lol). Apologise to those that have read my other review regarding the signature series, there is an element of repetition regarding the company details and signature series, but I prefer to keep it in for new consumers as it highlights who they are buying from and also the uniqueness of the signature brand.
