Advantages: Superb Build quality, simple to use
Disadvantages: A bit too expensive for such a simple piece of equipment

Unknowingly, Life Fitness have achieved a sexual divide with the Glute Press as having worked in a number of gyms, I rarely see any males actually using this piece of equipment. Perhaps it is the female predisposition for smaller butt that means blokes can?t actually get a look in! Irrespective of this apparent user guideline of being ?female?, the glute press is once again another exceptional mainstay of the Life Fitness Signature series. Before we go any further, lets take a look at who your buying from and what to expect from the Signature Series. (apologise to those who have read my previous reviews regarding this equipment, there is an element of repetition with regards to the history of life fitness and the signature series however I feel I have to leave this in to give new consumers a full account of this piece of equipment ...

Review of Life Fitness Signature Series Glute

Wii Fit

Advantages: great for weightloss, fun for all the family, improves posture, balance and health
Disadvantages: expensive, can only register up to 8 family members

screen you can see all "Mii's" of the users of the wii fit along the bottom of the screen and above is a chart showing a central horizontal line (indicating starting weight) and then coloured lines for each family member showing the increases and decreases in their weight over the last few months. However, this is done well as there are no numbers on the graph meaning that you don't see the other peoples actually weight, just their increases and decreases. There are various little quirks to the program throughout but one on the main screen is that the Mii's of the members who have been recently active are jogging on the spot or stretching looking all healthy and those who haven't been on for a while keep nodding off and snoring. We found that it's the things like this that kept my little brother engaged with it rather than him dismissing it ...

Light and Sound Hammer Bench

Advantages: Great for co-ordination
Disadvantages: The base of the hammer can be pushed into the mouth

This review is on the Early Learning Centre (ELC) Bench and Hammer Set. I have just had a batch of ELC toys that I put forward as product proposals agreed, so this is the first of many! ****Description**** The bench, pegs and hammer in this set are all plastic. The bench has total length of 30cm and height of 12 cm, which I find really good ? my house has no room left for larger toys! One side is completely blue and the other side is green. There are four pegs in the bench, each one a different shape and colour. There is an orange square, a red hexagon, a purple triangle and a pink circle. The hammer has a total length of 14cm and has rubber stoppers at each end so that when it is bangs it does not do too much damage (or make too much noise!). The base of the hammer gets wider as it goes down, this is a safety measure to try ...
