...together but this self-regulation only works up to a point.
The weekday morning sessions (7am - 9am) tend to be extremely crowded as a knock of effect of the closure of Forest Hill Pool. Faster swimmers are likely to find the morning sessions frustrating as it becomes very difficult to overtake in the crowded narrow lanes.
The weekday lunch time sessions (12pm - 1:30pm) are much better, although Mondays are a little busy ( due to everyone swimming off Sunday dinner) and on Wednesdays there is one less lane due to life guard training.
There are a few adult only sessions in the evenings and weekends. These tend to be:
Tuesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm;
Wednesday 9:00pm - 10:00pm;
Friday 7:30pm - 10pm;
Sunday 1:00pm - 2:00pm.
By and large these sessions are quiet, particularly the later evening ones...

Advantages: Very easy to use, move around and store. Disadvantages: I'm sure there are better steppers but for a higher price.
...Before I start describing the wonders and blunders of the v fit mini stepper I'd like to explain why I opted for this style of home gym equipment.
I read a bit on the internet about steppers and how people lose 2-3 inches just using the stepper every day, although this would be a nice bonus I wasn't focusing on losing weight so much as getting fitter and healthier. So basically I believed the quietest exercise equipment I could buy would be a mini stepper.
So off to Argos to get...

Well boys and girls, it's that time of year when all the fitness clubs really do clean-up ... they sign countless numbers of people up on 6-12 month long membership contracts as many make new years resolutions to try and beat the flab, particularly post Christmas. Well, if the gym doesn't work ... try food posioning ... I have currently been laid up ill with it for the last 2 weeks, and it's a sure fire way to loose weight ... Albeit a little drastic.
Fitness First Health Clubs appealed to me above all others, when I decided to sign up for "the burn" circa 6-years ago (Crikey ... is it that long?!), because they were not only moderately and reasonably priced...

I am not really a huge fan of dance music compilation cds. Although they offer good value for money, with at least forty different tracks on the average compilation, I often find that they try and span too many different types of music. I usually end up... more
