I have had Wii Fit for over a year now. It brings a new way to exercise - whilst playing games. This product is a really fun way to get fit, without the feeling your doing exercise at the time. You can change activities so often, that when one excercise is too hard or you cant get the hang of it - you just try something else. Most of the games and excercises are only a few minutes each so you dont have time to get bored or notice how much you have done until you look at the timer. You can monitor you progress losing weight & set yourself realsistic goals to achieve your ideal weight. There something for everyone no matter what age you are! Review of Wii Fit (Wii)

Crazy fit is Crazy good!

Advantages: Dont break a sweat, can be used for all ages, quiet, lose inches!
Disadvantages: Cant drink a coffee while your on it!

I live with my parents who have varying degrees of fitness and muscle tone. After visiting an old friend who suffers from severe problems with his circulation this machine is all my dad could talk about. His friend who is in his late 60?s was at the point of loosing his feet if he did not do something to improve his circulation. Being a very large man with not so good health anyway, normal exercise is not something he can comfortably do. Even a simple walk to the local shop is out of the question. So he used this machine and within a few weeks has improved his circulation so well that he is no longer at risk of losing his feet! He even lost weight too! Review of Crazy Fit Vibration Massage Plate Exercise Machine

A Crazy Fit Review

Advantages: Really Good Machine all round
Disadvantages: None that i know of

I think this machine is brilliant not only do i use it but my wife and teenage daughter do to. If anyone doesn't know exactly what it does i'll try and give you a normal explanation to you, the vibrations caused by the machine are sent to your muscles and your muscles try to balance the vibrations so they are working really hard trying to create the same amount of energy as the machine. (I hope that helped!) Even just standing on the Crazy Fit Massage Plate can tone your muscles. You can tone muscles, recieve massages and lose weight by using the machine its really easy! But one tip and this is important!! KEEP YOUR KNEES BENT SLIGHTLY WHEN USING THE MACHINE AS THE VIBRATIONS COULD GO TO YOUR BRAIN! so be careful guys and hope this review helped you. ...
