Disadvantages: It's huge - but they all are! Can't make your own set programs

I bought this treadmill because I wanted to learn to run - obviously! I suppose that before really going into the details on what this machine is like, I should probably tell you about my own personal fitness levels beforehand. First of all, I am not overweight and so was not buying it for weight reasons - my BMI is actually right on the border between underweight and ideal. I'm not a stranger to exercise and am a gymnastics and horse riding teacher (not at the same time!), however I AM new to running. My original plan was to run outside, but it was cold and it was embarassing, plus I had absolutely no idea how far or how fast I was running. wii fit

Advantages: weight loss or weight gain depending on what you choose to do. very fun games!
Disadvantages: its not entirely accurate, can strain yourself if you over do it.

There are muscle work outs to tone and shape every part of the body and each individual exercise aims it at a certain part of the body. There are balance games such as hula hoop where you use the balane board to sin the hoops etc. The game is packed with plenty to do you won't ever get bored and can get in great shape. The price of this product usually depends on where youu buy it from but the average price is around £69.99. I think its money well worth spent. Instead of paying for all those gym fee you can pay that one off price and get in shape 24hours a day, 7 days a week. Wii Fit

Advantages: great for weightloss, fun for all the family, improves posture, balance and health
Disadvantages: expensive, can only register up to 8 family members

screen you can see all "Mii's" of the users of the wii fit along the bottom of the screen and above is a chart showing a central horizontal line (indicating starting weight) and then coloured lines for each family member showing the increases and decreases in their weight over the last few months. However, this is done well as there are no numbers on the graph meaning that you don't see the other peoples actually weight, just their increases and decreases. There are various little quirks to the program throughout but one on the main screen is that the Mii's of the members who have been recently active are jogging on the spot or stretching looking all healthy and those who haven't been on for a while keep nodding off and snoring. We found that it's the things like this that kept my little brother engaged with it rather than him dismissing it ...
