Life Fitness T9e Light Commercial Treadmill

Advantages: An easy to use, heavy duty aid to personal fitness and well being
Disadvantages: Initially costly but otherwise none

...About a year ago I purchased the second piece of equipment for our home gym. Now that I have became comfortable with it in actual use, I can perhaps give a fair appraisal. The Background I have a busy life style (who doesn’t these days). I am aware – acutely as often as not – that desk based office work, staring at a computer screen for many hours, day in, day out is not conducive to long term fitness. I had noted the sense of breathlessness, taking increasingly longer to subside after a hurried walk up a hill or a dash up two or three flights of stairs. The leisure hours are always at a premium and while I do not smoke or eat a heavily fat laden diet, the appreciation of a good concert or an Estate Bottled 1997 is not the most athletic of pursuits. Advantages: A view over a lake. Staffs are helpful and friendly
Disadvantages: A little more expensive than the others

...LA fitness Milton Keynes is a new gym just recently converted from the Dragon Club. The gym is located right by Willen Lake, a massive lake involve with all kind of water sports during the summer period. At first, the gym may give you an impression that it’s not very big. However, it actually has three floors. The ground floor contents a swimming pool with under water blue light, a sauna, a steam room, a spa, a relaxing area and tanning room. With a large window over looking the lake and the blue light shining from the pool, you will feel a great sense of space and relaxation. Second floor content the reception area, the main work out area, a separate treadmill area, a studio for class and the café. ...very far away at any time. As well as the 7 bikes and 4 treadmills here there is also a huge variety of other keep-fit equipment. I will endeavour to tell you about some of it now. So stay exactly where you are, unless of course you are about to go and do some physical exercise, in that case you are excused the rest of this op! Only pop along and rate what you have struggled thru thus far, will you? Ta very much! There are 3 step machines, 2 body trekkers and a ski machine. These items are all located in the first part of the gym as you go in, along with 2 rowing machines which I almost forgot about ‘cos I don’t use them, don’t like them at all, they hurt my hips too much!
