Life Gear Inversion Table

Advantages: Relaxes and decompresses the spine and muscles
Disadvantages: Takes up a lot of room

...and the jutting out bone in the back of my neck was flat. The drawback was that this was costing me £60 per week then after four months £60 per month. Prior to attending this treatment I had been tempted to buy an inversion table to see if it would help as the claim was that it helped to align your spine and took all the stress out of it aiding decompression and allowing your body to relax and revitalize. As usual I had an excuse for spending the £99.00 as I figured it was less than two sessions with the physio and would hopefully save me money by not having to attend sessions anymore. I bought it about a year ago and have not been back to the physiotherapist since. I cannot claim that this piece of kit cured my alignment I know that the physio did that but I do believe that using this to decompress my spine most evenings has prevented my pain from... ...Gears Of War 2 is the second game from epic in the Gears series, In this new gears of war game there is a lot of new features, some of my favorite new things about the game; my favorite is the amazing story, the second is the 50 level horde mode, another is some of the new updated weapons, minigun, mortar, flamethrower, shield and many more, there is a new online matchmaking setup, problems at first but has been fixed, they have included a new ranking system and new game modes, on the online maps you have new special features on them like monsters, avalanches, hail. Overall this game is a must have and i would reconmend for anyone who likes shooters. I would also reconmend getting the first gears to unlock the extra characters from the first game.... ...The gears of war is back baby! And with another big bang, bigger that the one it had created before.! The previous game, which was released in 2006, made a high success story for Epic games. But with Gears of war 2, the company promises a better gameplay, more storyline and more action packed scenes. The latest additions to this sequel is the storyline. The story has new 29 chapters which are spread along 5 acts to be completed. This time, the game takes the act through vast city like terrain which expands through deserted hospitals, vast alpine forests, in a dark condition, which gives the game a more kind of thrilling experience. There have been numerous additions to the game play, but these changes are not quite noticeable.
