I've owned and used these bowling shoes very regularly since I bought them approximately two years ago and they still look as new as they day I bought them. These bowling shoes are so well constructed its untrue. I have owned a pair of Dexter bowling shoes that literally fell to bits within weeks of purchase.
These Linds come with an adjustable sliding foot which is either left or right depending on which hand you bowl with. You can change the inserts to allow the bowler to adjust his slide to the approach conditions and to his/her own style. The other foot is non sliding rubber.
Available insert disc for the sole are: Buckskin, St. Louis, Fast & St. Ives and for the heal: Rubber, Buckskin & Waffle. So this gives the bowling of a range of different combinations to suit his/her style. Approach conditions change so its important that if you want a good slide that you own a pair of shoes that can be customized.
They are comfortable to wear too. They have a padded tongue and collar, absorbent lining, replaceable cushioned footbed and soft leather construction.
I like these bowling shoes a lot and would recommend them.
note: the recommended lane condition specific criteria drop down does not apply to this item but its marked as a field that must be completed (I've marked medium oil but it doesn't apply)
