Liverpool Home Shirt 2008/10

Liverpool have introduced a newish shirt for 2008 until 2010 until they introduce a new strip. The shirt hasn't changed much, but the slight changes that have been made, make a big overall difference.


Look:

There have been some changes to the kit since 2007, these include:
The collar: The collar has changed from polo shirt look to a sort of V neck shape.
The inside of the shirt has a new pattern instead ...
...I would recommend visiting the Liverpool football club (lfc) website and viewing all the shops products aswell, because they have many football strips that may appeal to you depending on how much your willing to spend, such as:

The inside of the shirt has a new pattern instead of plain red it is now red and white square blocks with the Adidas logo on.

How much and where can I buy them?
There are many places where you can buy the shirts, for example you local sports shop. However I would recommend visiting the Liverpool football club (lfc) website and viewing all the shops products aswell, because they have many football strips that may appeal to you depending on how much your willing to spend, such as:

Anyway back to the home strip i'm doing the review on. This strip can be bought from JJB shops for an average price of £35, however you are also given the choice to customize it, for example adding the name of your favorite player such as Steven Gerrard, which would appear "Gerrard" at the back at the top of the shirt.
Also you are given the opportunity to add the players number in bigger font on the back, however it does come at a cost of an extra £10. If you don't have a favorite player but want to customize it, you can get printed anything you want for example your name. The shirts can be bought customized and plain from the Liverpool website and JJB, the delivery is normally free. I would not recommend buying from anywhere else, because there are many websites known for selling fake tops. The price of the shirt in JJB has decreased from £44.99 to £35, which has led to an increase demand.

About the shirt:

The Official Liverpool Football Club shirt is 100% Polyester, and has been designed to work around athletes, therefore it cools you when your hot and makes it feel warmer when your cold, making it live up to its name "performance shirt"

My views:

I have had many of the Liverpool shirts and this is by far the best. The color is bright red making it stand and out. The shirt has been designed to give maximum comfort and fits to your body. The shirt inst heavy, in fact its very light making it the perfect shirt to play football in. If your a Liverpool fan, this is a must buy even though it was brought out at the start of 2008 it will be worth it, you'll get a lot of wear out of it before the next shirt comes out in 2010.

Extra:

If your planning on buying this product, I would not recommend wearing it to a football match and sitting in the opposite stand for example Chelsea vs Liverpool I wouldn't sit in the Chelsea stand, you may not come out without a scratch.
