Advantages: Everything. Disadvantages: Finding it.
...My friend and I went along to the Bristol centre, because I had been given a Boots gift experience of a deluxe manicure. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and welcoming. Everything was explained simply and easily, there were no problems in finding our way around or asking questions. We were given all possible help to enjoy our day. The facilities were clean, and accessible. The bar and staff were relaxed and affable, and the food, delivered to your table, SUPERB. The manicurists were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Nothing was felt to be too much trouble for them. I have emailed both the LivingWell head office, and Boots, to apprise them of our opinions. We would heartily reccommend it....

Advantages: friendly staff, plenty of gym equipment Disadvantages: noisy bar
...We joined this gym as it is close to home. I find the staff here very friendly and helpful. The facilities are all I need-an average size pool with a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna, a gym with plenty of every type of equipment and also a wide choice of classes to take part in. For those with babies/young children there is also a nursery open all day.
As well as the above, there is also a bar. This bar is generally very busy and can be full of children during the day and early evening, meaning it can be noisy. The bar does food too, which I have found to be really tasty.
The facilities are generally well maintained and clean. At the time of writing this review, they are undergoing a refurbishment of the whole place, which is making it a lot more pleasant to use....

...I started here in September with my mum and we go once a week and make full use of the gym and pool facilities available. I was previously a member at the Isospa Gym in the Mote Park Leisure Centre (another local gym) and stopped my membership, as I previously didn't have enough time. With LivingWell giving free trial sessions and mass promotions we gave it ago!
*****Location*****
It is in the Hilton Hotel Maidstone, which is found just off junction 7 on the M20. You need to turn right at the first roundabout and go back on yourself at the next, its too big to miss! Once your in you need to follow the wiggly one way car park round and over three quite large speed bumps, round the back of the hotel and almost to the front again. Parking is ample with big wide spaces.

I thought hard before requesting Ciao to put this book on so that I could write a review about it.
In fact, I thought hard about buying the book. But when I was in Macro one day, it was there on the shelf reduced and I thought I would give it a go. ... more
