I brought this punch bag from littlewoods catalogue 4 years ago for £79, i chose this one as it is a heavy duty bag and weighs in at about 7 stone, i didnt see the point of buying a light bag that would fly everywhere when i hit it so this was a great choice for me, i also chose to get it from the catalogue as i didnt fancy carrying it home myself.
The quality of this bag is great, the leather is very soft so it doesnt hurt your hands but is very tough as mine is still perfect after 4 years of abuse. This bag has hooks on the top to hang it up and comes complete with hanging bracket and gloves.
The inside of the bag looks like loads of thin strands of string and straw, it has a zip on the top so you can refill it if you need to but i havent had to yet.
The bag is long so is ideal for boxing or kick boxing as it is long enough ...

While awaiting inspiration for a new review, I remembered that this one was overdue for an update. Although I rewrote it a year or so ago for Dooyoo, to include selected items from handbag reviews posted over there, I never got round to revising the Ciao version. So here it is. All the articles mentioned appeared in reviews by women on one site or the other.

What have I in my handbag?
I mustn't tell you lies;
In truth the only bags I own
Are those beneath my eyes.

In any case, the subject
Has made me realise how
Much women carry in their bags ...

Ciao members have rated this review on average: very helpful Review of What's in my bag?
Advantages: Extremely durable, very much value for money Disadvantages: A little expensive for amateurs.
I use this bag 3 times weekly and am very pleased with how it has endured the punishment I give it. My mate who also uses this bag is an amateur MMA fighter and gives it hell and yet it is still hanging firm, even when he takes it down for floor work it does the job and is an excellent piece of equipment.
Expect prices of between £40 to £50 however my bag was second hand and cost me £10. Even as a second hand bag it looked almost as new, with no significant damage to the leather and quite simple to mount on the wall.
I'd definitely recommend it to inexperienced users as well as more keen boxers, boxing is an excellent form of cardiovascular exercise and this bag will meet the majority of people's demands. ...
