I brought this punch bag from littlewoods catalogue 4 years ago for £79, i chose this one as it is a heavy duty bag and weighs in at about 7 stone, i didnt see the point of buying a light bag that would fly everywhere when i hit it so this was a great choice for me, i also chose to get it from the catalogue as i didnt fancy carrying it home myself. ...abuse. This bag has hooks on the top to hang it up and comes complete with hanging bracket and gloves. The inside of the bag looks like loads of thin strands of string and straw, it has a zip on the top so you can refill it if you need to but i havent had to yet.
