Advantages: Very Comfortable, great allrounder, velcro closure system Disadvantages: Not the most technical shoe, the dye runs.
...This is more of a follow-up to my review of the standard Red Chili Spirits (http://sports.ciao.co.uk/RedChiliSpiritReview5643275) as I bought these after my lace up Spirits wore out. I found the Lace up shoes to be very comfortable while still offering ample ability, but fancied the quick on/off advantage of the Velcro Spirit.
Here's what the manufacturer has to say about the shoe:
- ImpactZone EVA heel shock absorber
- Velcro triplex tension control
- Easy on and off
- Asymmetric last with comfort fit
- Performance fit heel
- Precision edging
- Graduated midsoles
- Red
- UK sizes 2-12
"Built for bouldering and sport, both inside and outside, but with enough power for towers, the Spirit Velcro ImpactZone targets a wide range of fun. For quick on and offs, technical ups and jump-offs, the convenience...

There is a thick blue line that runs round the back of the boot, towards the middle, then under the boot to the underside where it continues onto the other side of the boot.
There are three lines on the tongue of the boot, (well if you can call it a tongue). This is the Adidas logo. There are also three lines on the very back of the boot, on the edge of the cup where you place you feet.
Overall, the looks of the boots is great, they are one of the best looking pair of boots around, even after two years of been released!
DESIGN
The F50's have a very technical design. In fact they were the first boots to start...

...Nice, friendly staff, personal trainers are really good- put you at ease and know what they are doing. Really good selection of classes, machines and weights. Cleintelle is not to young, skinny and gorgeous- nice mix to not make a new gym goer feel too intimated- a lot of people over 50 infact. Feels like a country health club more than a city slicker gym- which I- as a 25 year old girl really like.
Near empty during the day and not busy at weekends. Gets very busy straight after work, hard to get a machine. However a bit tatty at the edges- curtains in changing rooms often coming loose- swimming cossie dryer out of order, tiles in pool area coming loose- not replaced for ages- in fact whole pool area- despite great potential with lovely 20/25 metre pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna- is when compared to other clubs like Wandsworth...

A cinematic gem, directed by Frank Capra in 1944 and adapted from the play by Joseph Kesselring, 'Arsenic & Old Lace' should undoubtedly be on the 'must see' list for anyone vaguely interested in films, or anyone else who enjoys a laugh, for that... more

I bought this keyboard to use on my PS3, along with the Linux(Ubuntu) installation, as it was one of the few bluetooth keyboards I found. I am happy to say that the keyboard paired with my PS3 easily, so I do not need... more
