Advantages: Great to tone stomach muscles Disadvantages: Not to be relied on for losing weight
...The slendertone flex is a fantastic idea, tone your muscles whilst relaxing or watching TV, Iuse it whilst jogging and it's brilliant after one week my Abs are alot firmer, but this product should not be relied on for losing weight, this is the area in which it was not made for! It will not make you lose weight but it will tone your stomach, it is a little over priced in my view but if i had the choice today i would still have bought it, The lsender tone is a little hungry on the batteries and they need replacing after a short hile but i managed to get alot of work out of it, It is not just the batteries which need replacing, the pads which it comes with are about ten punds for a set and they lose there stickyness fairly quickly, but this product does exactly what it is supposed to, it is very effective in what it does!...

Advantages: Pretty much does what it say's! Disadvantages: Price - includes new pads and batteries
...Firstly no point telling you how it works or what the package contains. (You must have read the other reviews!)
*Easy to Use and Set up
*Lazy man's way to stronger, more clearly defined ab's
*Quality design and manufacture
The first thing I've noticed is that Slendertone are a well known, large company. Which goes a long way to reassuring you that their products have been well researched, developed and tested (as their website shows brilliantly www.slendertone.com) , unlike those cheap and nasty imitations you used to see on shopping channels
Used for two weeks now, can definitely feel stronger muscles and much more pronounced outlines of ab muscles! (50's was highest intensity level in first few days but now onto76) First time ever!
I agree with others, that being slimmer will give better results.
Overall the FLEX is a great...

Advantages: Comfortable, all rounder. Disadvantages: Jack of all trades, master of none. the dye has a tendancy to run.
...Here we go - my first attempt at writing a review!
These were the first pair of climbing shoes I owned, I bought them... oh, about three years ago now and I have to say, they served me well! They lasted about a year until they were worn enough to offer no benefit over climbing barefooted :-). It's probably worth saying that at that point I threw them in the back of the cupboard (I don’t know why i didn't just throw them out - they're still in my cupboard yet I have no intention of ever wearing them again) and bought the Red Chili Spirit Impact Zone shoe, which is basically the same save for Velcro closure and extra padding under the heel.
Before I go any further here's the blurb from the manufacturers website:
- Triple graduated mid-sole gives unbeatable flex and feel across all sizes
- Small sizes especially tuned for women...
