...The Shimano hyperloops are an excellent range of specimen rods especially for those anglers who are trying to keep to a budget. In my opinion the quality of these rods is second to none for any rod priced bellow £50. The rods are 12foot long and have 7 rings to guide the line. They are also available in four test curves 2.25, 2.50, 2.75 and 3.0lb which make these rods extremely versatile. The rods are very sensitive to the movement of the fish allowing you to feel through the rod the change an shift the fish. This makes playing the fish a pure joy. Personally I own three of these rods. Two 2.75lb test curves for my main set of rods used for ledgering, and one for 2.5lb which is used for surface fishing. Combining these rods with a good quality reel and this is more than adequate set up for any level of fishing.... Read review

Advantages: Basic cheap execise machine that works well.It now means I can drink more without putting on weight

...a lot of recommendations we tried the Leisure Abdotrim Tummy execiser from page 56 of the current Argos catalogue for only £17.99. Putting it together ------------------- This was very easy to put together with only a large headed phillips screwdriver to make sure all the screws are tight(You could get away with an ordinary flat tip). The instructions were good and most of the bits were already pre assembled leaving only the main structures to be put together and then fasten together using knobs which you tighten by hand. Using it -------- This abdotrim comes with a 2 page execise guide which shows 4 different execises. A problem you come up against is that if you move too quickly, the Abdo trim actully moves on the floor even though the base has foam pads on to prevent slipping, therefore watch out for damaging things around you... ...For my Birthday last year, I received a Boots experience for LivingWell (£50); I chose to go to the LivingWell in Milton Keynes close to where my sister lives as she came with me. We arrived at 9am and were greeted by a friendly receptionist, who gave us some forms to fill in. (For health and medical reasons). Whilst filling in the forms we were offered a drink from the café, when completed we were given a lunch menu to chose from (Included in the price), and asked what time we would like to eat. Lunch was a choice of sandwiches, fruit juice, or a glass of wine or bucks fizz. We were than presented with a white towelling robe and two towels for our use during the day. A member of staff then gave us a guided tour of all the facilities, which included. A fully equipped gym, instructions and training were available for all equipment... Read review
