Manchester City 1972 Retro Shirt 100% Cotton The Manchester City 1972 shirt worn by Colin Bell, Rodney Marsh, Mike Summerbee, Francis Lee and Mike Doyle.
Advantages: STYLISH YET SIMILAR COLOURS TO OLD SHIRTS - QUALITY PRODUCTION Disadvantages: MAN CITY BADGE OF LEFT HAND SIDE CAN IRRITATE THE LEFT NIPPLE
As an avid ManchesterCity supporter from as far as I can remember I have owned every seasons home shirt and even picked up a few away shirts en route.
The only problem I could find with this shirt is on the inside left hand side of the shirt - the back of the badge which irritates the nipple when running or jogging or imitating your favourite City players.
The shirt has a sleek round neck design with white and black bands around the shoulder area. The front and back of the shirt has a small detail to it which makes it stand out but I must admit it stands out more when your outside in the wet. It can also been seen up close when you get your shirt out of the washing machine as its machine washable also after that muddy days football!
Another small problem I occured with the shirt although this is not the manufacturers fault as I ...
Advantages: Last years kit but only £10! Disadvantages: Not the newest kit!
Football kits are something every fan wants but not all fans can afford. At the moment the new home and away kits for most premiership clubs are going to set you back near to £40! This is an insane amount as we all know. However year after year we continue to pay it!
WHY
Im not sure why we feel the need to have the "New" kit every season. Im not sure why clubs insist on updating their kits most season. The differences are often minimal! I guess its just a way of supporting your kit. Wearing a new kit says to others "Yeah! I love City!". I suppose this is a case of each to their own. I however never buy the new kit. At the start of each season I get myself on Ebay and buy the kit from last year. I have recently bought ManchesterCity's away kit. I did the same thing with the away kit from the season before which just happens ...
Advantages: Location, service, food Disadvantages: Small rooms
I have been a regular to this hotel over the past two years and I have never been disappointed. The hotel is conviently located across from the main train station and only a 2 minute walk to the centre of the city - Piccadilly Gardens.
The staff have always been helpful through my stays. The decor is contemporary and the rooms are finished to a high standard. Every room comes equiped with an Apple desktop computer with free internet acess - a nice touch. Fixture and fitting are all of a high spec and clean throughout. My only grip perhaps is that all the rooms are quite small.
The hotel bar is again contemporary in style, but is comfortable and has a good number of guests in the evenings. Breakfast was of a high standard with excellent service and a great selection of hot and cold foods.
All in all, a great place to stay! ...
