Advantages: Great for working on your chest, arms and legs. Disadvantages: I cant really work on any other part of your body

At first i couldnt lift much, on average i could lift 50kg. After using the bench for a while i started feeling the burn in my chest that i was supposed ... ...time.
Now my chest is alot bigger and i dont feel stupid anymore for having one part of my body bigger than the rest.
This bench is also good for working on your arms as you can do curls aswell. You can even work on your legs.
A bench like this and a set of Dumbells is all you need for your body building life style.
