Marcy MP3100 Smith Machine

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results
Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit. My Personal Experience At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was.... The first time i used this, i trained at level 10 (ranges from 1-20) thinking i can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Advantages: When in the right mood, a few of the tracks could be mildly entertaining.
Disadvantages: Depressing and monotonous.

...Some of you may remember the MTV show 'Up For It' with Eddy Temple-Morris and Zane Lowe. As well as call-in sections and the usual comedy stunts, they showed live performances by bands that were supposedly about to break into the commercial scene. As far as I can remember, not many bands actually made it. Marcy Playground, along with Drugstore and Headswim, stayed firmly on the brink of mainstream. ‘Sex and Candy’ their first and only single released from this eponymous album is the definite standout track. Although quite beautiful compared to the other tracks, it is not really anything special. The song has a much softer feel to it than say ‘Saint Joe on the School Bus’ which, according to the sleeve, ‘is about being picked on’. ...partner, or love of your career ? ... Mr and Mrs Smith are a couple in love, who seem to co-operate well with each other, even though they are each keeping a massive secret from the other. The fact that the two main characters are together in real life, I think it makes it better and somehow more realistic. The casting for these roles were obviously well thought about and in my eyes, both parts could not have been cast together. Brad Pitt plays John Smith, while Angelina Jolie takes up her role as Jane Smith. The fact is, they just work so well together it is almost realistic in fiction. Being a man, I am not as big a Brad Pitt fan as some people out there, but I would still say, he is one of the better actors available in the film industry and plays his role very well in this hit.
