WHY ****** Due to a serious injury to my Knee playing rugby my physio recommended a cross trainer to me as it is a low impact exerciser and is a good alternative to running machines. I found this one on Ebay and thought it was reasonably priced at £130 with some good features. Quality ********* Build quality is very good, the trainer is heavy due to the large solid tubular frame and if like me you have it upstairs you will need some help in carrying it up the stairs. Once upstairs you can wheel the trainer to your preferred place as it has built in wheels. The fly wheel is encased in a plastic cover, which should prevent little fingers being trapped where they shouldn't be. The foot stands are large and have tread marks on to prevent slipping. The trainer that made me cross

Advantages: Great fat burning exerciser. Automatic magnetic resistence.
Disadvantages: Poor quality.

There are two ways of exercising, holding onto the static handles for a lower body work out. Or using the long moving handles for a full body work out. No instructions are giving on what parts of the body you are working out or placing feet on differant parts of the foot plates to increase difficulty. Infiniti Cross Trainer - Best workout machine available.

Advantages: Small enough to fit in any room, professional build quality, advanced programs
Disadvantages: Doesn't come with a sauna!

Why you should buy this... Stop paying that £25 monthly direct debit to the gym you have entered roughly 6 times in the last 11 months, enjoy the comfort of your own home and save time and money at the same time. Save up for a few months and you can buy yourself a top of the range cross trainer which is just as good if not better then what your gym has already. Thats what I did! The infiniti trainer is brilliant, its the smallest available which does the job, its programs are perfect and the actual workout is second to none. The machine currently sits in my bedroom, standard 4mx4m size and doesnt take up much room at all. Having this in my bedroom is so convenient, if I get home from a hard stressful day at work I just jump on it for 30 mins and watch a bit of tv whilst doing so.
