...helmets will be filled with material, which cannot be removed, making it also more comfortable. However, in my experience the masuri junior was uncomfortable. After a few years of solid use, the polystyrene began to break and fall off. This polystyrene is very difficult to replace. In my case I had to purchase a new helmet as it would not have protected me properly if my helmet was struck. For this product i paid roughly £30-40, which i feel is slightly overpriced, however the product does endure for a very long time.... Read review

...After trying on both the Masuri Test with the standard grill and the Masuri Test with the Titanium grill I could really see no difference. The standard steel grill has been improved for the 2006 season and is similar in weight to the titanium and offers equal protection, and that is why you will see many pros wearing the steel grill. The helmet itself is also extremely light, and is very comfortable. The padding and adjustable hend and neck straps mean that the helmet is one size fits all, which is extremely beeficial when your heads grows but the helmet is till in good condition. ...With guidelines requiring all youngsters to wear a helmet when playing cricket with a hard ball requirement of clubs to own them is greater than ever. The problem of the cost of the helmet and there being different sizes can pose problems. The Masuri helmet is a one-size fits all helmet. There are a variety of different adjustions possible to allow the helmet to fit all comfortably. This allows a club to buy a helmet knowing that it will fit both their adults and any youngsters playing in the team. The grill is also adjustable which helps remove complaints of "I can't wear helmets because my vision is obscurred". The helmet fits comfortably and conforms to all safety guidelines.... Read review
