...it the next day! My legs were aching like i'd done a cross country run the previous day. Even though i was aching, i was extremly happy, knowing that this machine had its job. I now use this machine 3 times a week, varying my exercises. I feel much better for it, and noticed my body toning all over.
The Machine
The options on this machine are pretty basic, but then how much do you actually need to exercise? You have 6 buttons on the control panel. Two control the level of speed the platevibrates, one starts the vibrating and one stops it. The other two are your timer and program functions. There 3 programs pre-installed into this model, which automatically set the speed and levels, there is also a manual option where by you can control the time and level when exercising. The time can be adjusted from 1-10 minutes.

Advantages: it does asa it says Disadvantages: might make you feel dizzy
...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say.
the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...

...and precision – from the specially designed heel rests that grip your feet at exactly the right pivot point, to the wooden frame that dampens out any noise or vibration. Even the padded seat seems more comfortable than any other exercisemachines I have sat on.
Getting Started
The rower does not come ready assembled, although the water drum and belt system arrive in one piece. The only construction required is for you to put together the main frame and attach it to the working parts. The whole assembly takes about 45 minutes - detailed instructions are provided, but if you’re not too good with things like that then enrol somebody who is.
