...You probably don't know what this product is just by the name, since these type of things don't get that much advertising. The MET Roadrunner II is a cycle helmet, a nice one.
I ride to and from college everyday, which is about 4 miles through the city of Cambridge. As some of you will know Cambridge is a cycling place, but I must say that some roads are very tight and there are a LOT of buses, lorries and cars during peak times. It was only last week when a OAP almost ran me over. I was passing a parked car, and the OAP turned in on me without indicating. Lucky I reacted in time to turn. Anyway, my previous helmet had taken some wear and tear, fortunately none from any accidents, just bumps and knocks here and there. So I finally decided to invest in a decent helmet.
