Advantages: Nice when planing. Disadvantages: Nose breaks off too easily & BIC customer relations are very poor.
...but I have met at least 10 other windsurfers who have had the same problem with the 273 and the other Techno's. It was the end of the boom hitting the board that did it, and yes, I was using a maui magic boom protector. It appears the nose is not strong enough to stand up to the standard kind of beating that a progressing windsurfer will give it, and the board was less than one month old at the time.
I took the board back to my retailer (Shore Water Sports, East Wittering, UK) and they say BIC are not accepting any responsibility for what is in essense a bad design fault, worse than that, the shop owner had just come back from a windsurfing trade show where BIC retailers were asking the company what they are going to do about the problem. ...The spezialized bmx helmet is a fullface helmet which can be used for bmxing, mountainbiking and other dangerouse extreme sports. It comes in a variety of sizes eg,s/m/l/xl. It also comes in a variety of colours , red/black/white/blue. It is a very atrractive helmet (styled like a moto cross helmet)and contains a few vents for ventelating the head. It has plenty of padding inside for comfortability and is extremly light for easy movement and monuvrability. This is a great helmet for all levels of rider, especialy expert level. I think this is one of the best helmets on the market.

Advantages: comfortable, controlled, good boot overall Disadvantages: lack of style, tore after 6 months
...I had these boots for 2 years then they became too small. I liked them so much i got another pair. Extremely comfortable, infact the most comfortable boots i've ever worn. they have a nice control and there just a nice boot. If i'd wrote this review a couple of months ago i would of given the boot top marks despite the lack of style. However when i was cleaning my boots, i fine a big rip down the side of the right boot. I was not best pleased as you can understand. Paying 65 quid for boots you except them to last. The first pair i had lasted 2 years until they were too small, but these lasted 6 months- not up to my exceptions of adidas. Overall i would recommend them as im sure the tore was just a one off but i'm still not best pleased. Im now wearing nike legends which are going along fine at the moment. For the world cup's i would give...
