This in turn is easier on the foot and reuires less effort in passing and shoting and general contol while playing.
Ideal for new starters to the game like the under tens I help train, they are also good when I play ... ...plastic one sufficient to blow up the balls fine to a good pressure.
The balls were £14.90 from an inersport shop local to me and were recomended to me as i was looking at othere brands but I thought these would be ok.
We have used them for around two months for easy traing through the summer on astro turff and grass and they are stil like new so they are very durable.
