Advantages: Very cheap, good value for money. Disadvantages: Heavier and not as well made as some of the newer balls.
The version of this ball that I have is the Orange Malmo, Size 5, so opinions are based on this ball, I cannot vouch for any of the other sizes/colours. I bought it from Newitts for about £5.50 inc P & P.
The ball seems fairly durable, though the stitching is more exposed than on a lot of the more expensive new footballs, so I would guess that after a while of playing in the wet the stitching would become weak, though have not subjected it to water to prove this. If looked after well I cannot see a reason why this ball couldn't last for quite a few years.
The ball feels fairly heavy compared with some of the new Nike and Adidas balls, but this isn't necessarily a bad thing; it depends on your preferences.
If you are looking for a cheap football to practice with and have a kick around with your mates, then I would say this ball is ...
Advantages: Comfy, Last long, easy to clean Disadvantages: Dont look as good as other boots, removable studs can be a disadvantage as can be lost easily.
In my own opinion these football boots are great for durability, style isn't everything but the comfort in these boots was great.I never got one blister or sore feet after a game which is good. From my point of view there great value for money so shop around on-line as prices vary. They have removable studs and are easy to clean, the leather is good and comfy so a real buy for football players. The price varies from £62.99 - £119.99, so a lot cheaper than other big brands, Big advantage as they last for years, the leather is amazing for durability, lightness for players quick on there feet and fantastic for hitting the ball.A lot of big football players wear these boots so its proven to be a hit with football stars as well, all in all great buy! ...
Advantages: Perfect weight and power Disadvantages: Design and durability
I'll get stuck in, I have honestly NEVER played with a ball anywhere near as good as this. I was lucky enough to be given one of the balls used in a recent Burton Albion game by a friend of mine who was one of the match officials.
They are outstanding. The ball is light, but still allows you to maintain direction without it seeming to float away from your intended target. I must admit, I don't think that they look particularly good, I myslef am a fan of the Mitre V's that have been on their range of footballs since 19forever. But this does not matter a single bit, as when you come to play with the ball you don't need to admise the design, you simply 'feel' it.
They are however unfortunately not particularly durable. Granted they are not supposed to be used on concrete, but the slightest usee can tear the synthetic coating ...
