After 3 years away from playing golf, I starting playing again.
With me being a high handicapper I wanted a quality set of game improvement clubs.
My original clubs were a starter set from Ram and being over three years old I decided to replace them.
I tried the 7 iron in a golf shop and hit 50 balls. The club was very forgiving and even poor shots went forward rather than slicing away like my old iron would.
On researching futher these clubs had won a variety of awards not just by golf magazines but also reader surveys.
I bought the clubs in June 2006 for around £250. Since that period they have help me improve my game by 8 shots on a 18 hole round of golf.
The wide sole of the clubs give confidence in hitting iron shots, the grips are far better quality than my original set which has helped during wet conditions.
My regular playing partner was so impressed by my improvement he tried them and now has bought a set of his own.
Low handicappers might be bettrer looking elsewhere but mid to high handicapers will find these irons very playable. Recommended.
