Advantages: very easy to hit. stylish. go along way and are very very straight Disadvantages: if you miss hit them they don't go very far at all.
I have just started to get into golf and i started off with the most rubbish clubs in the world. i wasnt very good and needed a new set of clubs and i managed to get a set of these off a friend for £100. not bad. i went to the driving range with them and i was hitting them beautifully and i wasnt very good at golf before. i could bearly hit it before and then these clubs changed everything. i hit the ball beautifully every time and the go dead straight most of the time. even if you miss hit it. a bad point about them are that if you hit the ball but on the toe or the heel of the face then the shot feels nice and looks nice but it doesn't go very far at all. for example i hit my 3 iron out. it felt nice and looked nice but it had no power on it and came down at about 70 yards. thats the only bad thing i have to say about them! i think ...

Advantages: Hits the golf ball a long way. Disadvantages: You're never sure what direction it will hit the ball
!) One of the new "legal" drivers that I purchased as a possible replacement was the Mizuno MX 500.
Why did I buy it? Who really knows why a golf addict actually buys *ANY* piece of equipment. I was in the professional's shop at my home golf club one day simply browsing around when I spotted it on the shelf. Mizuno have a good reputation in the golf world, and I'd heard great things about this driver from fellow golfers. So a couple of swishes later, and a wee bit of sales spiel from the pro, and out came the old plastic and I was 280 Euro lighter and the proud new owner of the club.
The Mizuno MX 500 has a *BIG * club head. 460cc capacity to be exact, although that won't mean much to any non-golfers reading this review. Suffice to say that it's *BIG*. In fact it's so big that you might be forgiven for thinking you were swinging a brick ...

Advantages: Great for impovment, good forgiving face. Disadvantages: Hevier than graphite shafted clubs.
Mizuno MX-23 irons. Steel shafted (like all the pros use now) and a great impovement club.
I got a set of these for christmas, I had a handicap of 28. Now after using these clubs for less than half a year my handicap has dramaticly changed by 10 i now play off 18.
At first they took a big of getting used to compared to my old irons but soon the face hardened up and they went super! In winter weather they hold there own against cold and wet. As well as hitting great shots.
Good for improoving players because they are quite forgiving and have a large sweet spot on the face. The first thing i noticed when I bought them was the grips. Very nice grips that make it easy to line up the ball to the club face.
Another great thing obout these clubs is that they were a real bargin. I got mine from my pro shop brand new, im glad i did. ...
