Advantages: average price Disadvantages: better on the market
I traded in some Wilson 1200 to buy this set of irons last year, 3 to sand iron. They looked great on the shelf and i was recommended them by the assistant in the shop. I researched the irons before i purchased and they sounded really good. i think the irons are forged and have a nice cavity back, the higher irons 5 to 9 have a high launch and supposed to give maximum forgiveness. Mizuno have invested a lot of money on golf club design so i guess they know what they are doing. I found the low end irons 3,4,5 and 6 a little hard to hit, i took those out of my bag and relied on 7,8,9,pw and sw, along with my rescue wood. so basically i paid for the use of 5 irons. After about 6 months i found little specks of rust forming on the inside of the cavity, and i didn't keep them in a damp place.
