I first smelt Burberry Weekend while I was shopping at Bluewater in the perfume shop. I didn't buy it because I was Christmas shopping and didn't have the money spare. I never forgot the smell though and later bought in on eBay.
Packaging
The packaging is quite summary. It is pale yellow with the Burberry hatching across the box in white. Burberry Weekend is written across the front of the box in white italic writing. The bottle is almost dome shaped but with a flat bottom. The glass is frosted but still see through which is useful when you want to know how much is left. The lid is silver and has the Burberry logo (the man and horse) printed on the top of the lid, and Burberry is printed around the side of the lid. Advantages: Cute bottle, girlie fragrance Disadvantages: Could last a bit longer and fairly expensive too

A neighbour recommended I try Burberry perfume - And no, it wasn't a hint that I wasn't smelling my best. It was just that I'd told him about my continuing hunt for a daytime perfume -honest!
Well, anyway, his wife loves Burberry. Everything Burberry. Perfumes, bags, clothes... she's got the lot. Lucky lady!
So when I found myself downtown today (last minute trawl of the shops to find the kids halloween outfits - it's the same last minute rush every year!) I decided to drag them into Boots for five minutes and give Burberry a go.
