Advantages: No bites Disadvantages: Tricky to use at first
..., these are quite difficult to "set up". The instructions are in a series of points but without illustrations to hand, it's useful to have the coils in front of you, and set them up through trial and error.
Basically, the coils come in pairs, and have to be carefully prised apart- be prepared for some breakage and waste because they can and do snap unless handled very very carefully. Once separated into two coils, each coil has to be placed carefully and securely onto the metal stand and placed somewhere it can't be knocked over and where the falling ash won't be a hazard.
Light the outside end of the coil and let the thing burn for 5-6 hours.
~~Precautions and dangerous bits~~
For outdoor use only
Don't relight the coils
Dispose of the coils safely, and don't be tempted to put them whilst still hot into a plastic bag...

...rooms, the small coffee shop area with TV, 2 classrooms, most of the treadmills and the cardio equipment - rowing and cycling machines etc.
The 2nd floor consist of the ladies changing room, floor mat area for the stretches, and mainly all the weights and arm, leg presses.

Advantages: Cheap and Reliable Disadvantages: Uncomfortable Seat
...in minutes and seconds that you have been exercising
Speed - The speed is in kilometres per hour which I find a bit annoying as I prefer miles per hour
Distance - The distance is also in kilometres
Calories - This is a handy feature as you can see how many calories you are burning
Scan - This simply scans through time, speed, distance and calories
To sum up I would recommend this exercise bike to anyone who just wants a simple exercise bike at a reasonable price. I have found it durable and reliable and I have put it through some hard sessions. Basically it does a simple job well with all the necessary features for most people. However if you are looking for a top of the range exercise bike with things like pulse monitor and other detailed stats then this is not the product for you.
Thanks for reading my review. Foxy...
