...at Matalans next door, as there is seperate gym parking to the rear of the club.
Inside the brightly-lit building is a reception area leading into the smallish gym and the fitness studio. There are a couple of seats and some drinks machines in reception. Backing onto the ladies and gents changing rooms is the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There is also a sunbed room but there's no pool.

All cardio equipment has CPR programmes and can read the heart rate monitors you can buy from polar etc. It is all in excellent condition.
Again all the resistance equipment is Technogym. Spread out over two rooms, there are at least two or more of each machine. There are also some loose weights, and numerous mats with ab machines and an abundance of exercise balls.
ENTERTAINMENT
All cardio equipment is fitted with headphone socket and station selectors so you can listen to any of the main radio stations or channels such as BBC, Sky Sport, MTV etc shown on several large plasmas. (managed to catch Dr Who...

There has been a series of killings in the subdued small town of Tarker Mills. Reports of a large wolf like creature prowling the town are greeted with a mixture of disbelief and fear. Yet as the killings become more and more violent it is clear that no more
