The trainer that made me cross

Advantages: Great fat burning exerciser. Automatic magnetic resistence.
Disadvantages: Poor quality.

PRODUCT ************ Eclipse Cyclone 2 programmable eliptical cross trainer. Eliptical cross trainers are a low impact exerciser that burn 5 times more calories than walking. There are two ways of exercising, holding onto the static handles for a lower body work out. Or using the long moving handles for a full body work out. You place your feet on large foot plates and can either go forward or backward to exercise differant parts of the legs. No instructions are giving on what parts of the body you are working out or placing feet on differant parts of the foot plates to increase difficulty. PRICE ******** £139.99 and £29.99 p&p this included insurance. The MRP was £455 but looking at the quality i don't know where they get this from. ASSEMBLEY ************** Basic tools are supplied if you have none. It is a two man job ...

Review of Eclipse Cyclone2 Programmable Elliptical Cross Trainer

Cross trainer makes husband CROSS.

Advantages: Can exercise while watching baby.
Disadvantages: Too big.

. * * * * * * * * * * * * Noisy (Not very, but too much for my husband). Can be hard work to be effective (easy to lack motivation at home). Heavy, not that easy to move once assembled (though not as difficult to get it into the back of a van as I thought it would be). Takes up space. Too noisy to go in an upstairs room. Not as good as the ones in the gym. (which are probably much more expensive). Would I recommend? * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * I would recommend that anyone buying a Cross Trainer is sensible when using it, don`t do too much at first, get yourself used to it gradually if you are not fit already. Cross trainers are an excellent way of exercising to tone muscles and burn calories. They really can give you an excellent workout. For those with a spare room downstairs (I would not really recommend it upstairs) it would be OK ...

Review of Healthrider E330 Cross Trainer

My trainers cross i ate all those pies.

Advantages: Burns fat fast, heart rate monitor
Disadvantages: Takes up alot of space

of any previous training you have done on the exerciser, but you can easily write this onto a note pad. Exercising ************ Once on the cross trainer you will find it's action very smooth and on the low setting very easy to use so is ideal for someone who is very unfit or not used to training. As your fitness improves the cross trainer is capable of keeping pace with those improvements to a high level of fitness. Instructors recommend training at various speeds and the programs on the cross trainer allow this. The graph on the computer shows how the tension is set for each program, the higher the line the harder it is the lower the easier. Any time you find the going to hard or easy just press a button to adjust the tension. Conclusion ************* This has got to be the most successful piece of exercise equipment we have ...
