I purchased this BRAND NEW BIKE on Ebay after checking the seller's rating - it was good. I got it for £40 plus £20 postage. I got the goods within 3 days. I had to assemble it myself. Near completion I discovered a broken back brake cantilever - it had either been broken at the sellers place or during transportation (possible as the box was very thin). Checking it closely I discovered the plastic moulding all around the brake cantilever was split ...
...out, after removing the broken cantilever. Gear changing was horrendous. The chain would often jump from one cog to another. I was constantly having to adjust the gears while cycling and often looking down to see where the chain was - a danger to myself and others. The front cog was noisy - perhaps a sign of unoiled bearings. Cycling should be a silent pleasure not a noisy mode of transport. After 2 days the front handle bar gear shifter broke. Again ... Disadvantages: Average forks brakes and cranks. Also not the lightest
