How to get a 6 pack with a 4 pack!!
Review of Beauty Works 10 Pad Lean Machine by Tashana

Advantages: Portable and easy to use.
Disadvantages: Only parts of body at one time, I'd like to be able to cover everywhere at once.

...I got? Not the Beauty Works 10-pad Lean Machine', I hear you say. Yes, that's right not the Beauty Works 10-pad Lean Machine. I actually got the 4-pad version. I think my husband was working on the theory - well she usually returns everything, I might as well buy the cheaper version or perhaps he's just a cheapskate. Either way, he's wrong this time. I've actually tried this and it's really good. Well come on, you can't go wrong, can you? I can sit ...
...wine, hooked up to my Beauty Works 4-pad Lean Machine and I'm exercising, toning and slimming. Have I died and gone to heaven or what? It comes in a handy little sturdy plastic case, with a place for everything. You get everything with it including battery. You can use 2 or 4 pads at a time and the pulse and intensity or adjustable from 0 - 6. I've only got up to almost, nearly, 3. I really can't believe that anyone could go up to 6, unless of course ... Read review

Powerball, fun and good workout
Review of NSD Neon Green Regular Powerball by pearbo

Advantages: Cheap and fun
Disadvantages: none so far

Well have had this gadget for a few months now and am still using it regularly. Once you have got the hang of starting it, either with your thumb or the string provided, it can be quite an enjoying workout, using it for 10 minutes you will start to feel your arms aching so you know its working. The powerball requires no batteries and is completely powered by the user. By a rythmical movement of the wrist the internal gyroscope is spun, which can ...
...the world record being about 16000 rpm. As this is a neon powerball one the interal gyroscope is spinning at about 3000 rpm the internal LEDs start to light up, and every 1000 rpm faster it goes another one lights up. Personally i would recommend buying one which has the display attached to it, which shows your high score amongst other things. This is also very good for motivation, as you are always trying to improve your score. Also if a friend ... Read review

Great for sports players for building forearm.
Review of NSD Neon Green Regular Powerball by danixavi

Advantages: Addictive, fun and not exhausting form of muscle training.
Disadvantages: Takes a little while to get used to

Considering the amount that we use our arms this product is very usefull in building up hand and forearm muscle. Not only that but the product is also fun. It becomes addictive trying to beat your high score and your friends high score. The various settings which count the amount of revelations the ball makes mean it is easy to monitor your progress. There is a learning curve to get to grips with using the product as you need to learn how to spin ...
...the momentum going. This is ideal for sports enthusiasts such as tennis and golf players or musicians such as drummers or even for physio work on the arm shoulder or wrist. Being a tennis player i feel it gives my forehand especially that extra bit of power! A great value buy. ... Read review

The Bargain Basement Exercise Belt
Review of ABGymnic 2002 by boredstudent180

Advantages: Cheap, works a little
Disadvantages: Looks cheap, doesn't work very much

Abgymnic is my very first "muscle stimulation equipment", bought because it was available for half-price from play to see what it could do for me, without expecting very much, but at least it didn't expect anything from me! It can be used all over the body, but I mainly focussed on my upper torso, with surprisingly pleasant short term results. Tonage increased pretty quickly, but did not last very long. It is very easy to use. Simply attach the ...
...say) out a little of the gel provided, spread it over the silver patches and then turn it on. This gel seems to have the unique quality of always being cool, no matter what temperature it has been stored at. Of course how much you need depends on how much you use and how often, but replacements can be bought for a very reasonable price on eBay. You can then shift through the gears, although the highest few gears can be pretty intense. Some have ... Read review
