Addicting

Advantages: Fun, Tones, good to compete with friends or family, not too expensive
Disadvantages: Easily break able, but just be careful with it and you wont have any issues.

A great starter ball...

Advantages: Cheap, addictive and actually works
Disadvantages: Can break easily if dropped and is loud when spun quickly

This was the first powerball i purchased and i found it to be very good. i was a little sceptical about it but after a few days of using the product for about an hour a day, a little bit at a time, the product did what it said on the tin and improved strength in both arms. This gave more definition to both arms and improved my squash playing, climbing and guitar playing. Overall i have found this product to be very good and oddly addictive. One ...
