Powerball. watch it light up your life and firm up your grip!
Advantages: Easy to store, portable, good fun Disadvantages: rather noisy after 10,000 rpm
...you. The ‘’all original NSD Powerball’’ proudly claimed to be the worlds most powerful gyro. In case you have never seen one it is about the size of an oversized apple, it comes in just as many fruity colours, from shades of green, blue and glowing amber. But then you may be starting to wonder which fruits come in shades of blue and amber? Get it together King-KONG! There are also some variations known as the neon range which feature bright lights ... ...get the digital counter instead. Overall it is of a reasonable weight not too heavy and well rounded to fit smoothly into the palm of your hand. To assist you with your grip on the ball a black rubber is firmly attached around the ball which itself is made of a hollowed out plastic case with a gyro in the middle. How it works
I will be the first to admit that I am no scientist; but I am well placed to let you know that you need not know the ...

Addicting
Advantages: Fun, Tones, good to compete with friends or family, not too expensive Disadvantages: Easily break able, but just be careful with it and you wont have any issues.
Well, This product was a result of an over active shopping addiction moment mixed with a get fit attitude.
Ive suffered lots of injured muscles due to over using the powerball and pushing myself too far, but I still cant put it down!
My muscles have defiently strengthened but not grown!, so if your looking for a muscle builder Look away now!, If your looking for something to tone and strengthen then honestly its worth the money.
Its fun to play ... ...to beat my score (Keep dreaming!) excellent product.
but I must mention they are easily breakable, DO NOT DROP! its hard not to when its slowing down can be abit difficuly to get a good grip on it, but concentrate and you wont drop it, trick is to grab it with both hands as soon as you have a good grip when its slowing as it does shake.
but due to this you also develope a good grip.
Also abit of a pain to get started on your first try, think of ...

Powerball 250GHZ: Full arm workout in the palm of your hand!
Advantages: Strengthens your arm and is good fun Disadvantages: Can rub on your fingers. Loud
The powerball 250ghz gyro is a great exercise tool for strengthening, toning or rehabilitating your wrist, forearms, upper arm and shoulder. The gyroscopic motion is solely decided by yourself so you can choose whether to do slow rehabilitation excercises after an injury or a muslce pumping workout with speeds of 16000rpm and higher. The high force of the gyro really causes the ball to sling some momentum from side to side so you really need to grip ... ...one of the rules not to do as the heavy motor damages the casing which is a little inconvenient considering it tends to squirm uncontrollably. When using mine for a long period of time, I have found that it really has pumped my forearm muscles, however- the motion can cause the outer casing to rub on your fingers which are like small blisters but this is down to the way you hold it and in general, the ball is quite comfy in your hand. One other downside ...

A great starter ball...
Advantages: Cheap, addictive and actually works Disadvantages: Can break easily if dropped and is loud when spun quickly
This was the first powerball i purchased and i found it to be very good. i was a little sceptical about it but after a few days of using the product for about an hour a day, a little bit at a time, the product did what it said on the tin and improved strength in both arms. This gave more definition to both arms and improved my squash playing, climbing and guitar playing.
Overall i have found this product to be very good and oddly addictive.
One ... ...with has the rpm counter incorporated as this adds an extra bit of fun to the product and can also help you in tracking progress.
The only problems i encountered was that after a while it started to squeak when i was spinning it at low speeds, but this went away after i sped it up a bit.
One last comment, when spun quickly the powerball can become quite loud and get quite annoying as i found when doing it once in front of the tv. ...

Slendertone Abs Toning Belt really works!!
Advantages: No batteries required Disadvantages: None
I bought this Abs system as an upgrade from the Flex belt I bought a few years ago. This system is such an improvement in the fact that if you are already pretty toned you can go on a programme for maximum strength to really get maximum results. It can be adapted using the strength controls for any type of user, experienced or not. When used whilst doing exercise, for example, walking you can feel it works even more. However, can be used whilst just ...
