Addicting Advantages: Fun, Tones, good to compete with friends or family, not too expensive Disadvantages: Easily break able, but just be careful with it and you wont have any issues. Well, This product was a result of an over active shopping addiction moment mixed with a get fit attitude. Ive suffered lots of injured muscles due to over using the powerball and pushing myself too far, but I still cant put it down! My muscles have defiently strengthened but not grown!, so if your looking for a muscle builder Look away now!, If your looking for something to tone and strengthen then honestly its worth the money.
