Considering the amount that we use our arms this product is very usefull in building up hand and forearm muscle. Not only that but the product is also fun. It becomes addictive trying to beat your high score and your friends high score. The various settings which count the amount of revelations the ball makes mean it is easy to monitor your progress. There is a learning curve to get to grips with using the product as you need to learn how to spin the ball in your hand the correct way to keep the momentum going. This is ideal for sports enthusiasts such as tennis and golf players or musicians such as drummers or even for physio work on the arm shoulder or wrist. Being a tennis player i feel it gives my forehand especially that extra bit of power! A great value buy.
