Advantages: Cheap, addictive and actually works Disadvantages: Can break easily if dropped and is loud when spun quickly
This was the first powerball i purchased and i found it to be very good. i was a little sceptical about it but after a few days of using the product for about an hour a day, a little bit at a time, the product did what it said on the tin and improved strength in both arms. This gave more definition to both arms and improved my squash playing, climbing and guitar playing.
Overall i have found this product to be very good and oddly addictive.
One ... ...with has the rpm counter incorporated as this adds an extra bit of fun to the product and can also help you in tracking progress.
The only problems i encountered was that after a while it started to squeak when i was spinning it at low speeds, but this went away after i sped it up a bit.
One last comment, when spun quickly the powerball can become quite loud and get quite annoying as i found when doing it once in front of the tv. ...
