The powerball is a handheld gyroscope that uses resistance to strengthen and tone muscles. As you rotate your wrist the ball inside the ball turns in the opposite direction, this creates resistance agianst the way your wrist is rotating. You must increase your speed or maintain to keep the ball moving which uses certain muscles, dependant on the position of the arm, to do this.
Dependant on the model, the preices ranged from £10 to £70. I bought and in the first hour that I used it I could not get it to work at all, so I put it back in the box for two weeks. There was something about this revolutionary technology that mad me want to use it and when I did begin to get some revs going, it was amazing. The first morning after my first proper work out with it my forearms, biceps, tricpes and pecs all ached and I could not do anything for two days. After about a month, I began to see huge results in muscle mass, shape and tone in that, I felt proud to whack my shirt off. However, it does get to a point where the powerball cannot improve muscle mass and strength anymore, so you will need to invest in some weights as well. It is incredibly hard to get used to and starting it with the piece off string is quite hard. But in day to day life it made carrying bags far easier, the best part was opening stiff jars with ease due to the new grip strength i earned. Buy one of these tiday and you will definitely see results if you perservere at the beginning.
