I was bought the NSD powerball as a present for a birthday, unknowing of what it did I cautiously followed the instructions and began, and I haven't stopped!
This product is fun, addicitve and it helps tone your arm and coupled with the additional revolutions counter, you can show off you best score to everyone.
Although this product is great, it does have a few downfalls. initially, I picked up the rotational technique immediately, however, after experiance with others, no matter how much people try, they have not been able to get it going. Also the grip around the outside and the powerball in general can become slippery with extended use because of the palms of your hands becoming sweaty.
In conclusion, I believe anyone who sees a powerball should buy one purely to try. For a relatively cheap basic model price, so much addictive fun comes from it, addicitive fun that helps keep you fit!
