this is a great workout, i have owned one for bout 2 weeks and i have found that the forearms have increased in size a little amount, this is amazng considering i have been gonig to the gym for a bout 2 month and have seen no different. i have to say that this little gadget is very very addictive. the product is also a good price so you are able to buy one quite cheaply and with it not having the need for batteries it is a cheap alternative to going to the gym and working on your forearm strength, also you can record your best score and it counts the score as you go up and up and with the light inside getting brighter is looks very good when you get to a big score
