the powerball is actvated by pulling a string which you attatch to the ball encased within the sturdy plastic casing. many people say that this is a very good workout and improoves muscle tone. i feel that unless a lot of time will be spent using the powerball it is usless for muscle tone and definition. the product i feel is more of a ovalty item and shouldn't be veiwed differently. however if you are tantalised by the strange gyroscope and feel like spending a couple of hours twirling it around im sure you would enjoy it. the powerball can be addictive, its very fun to try and beat the rpm you achived the day before, as there is a built in memory it is easy to know where you left off. a good product if youhave a lot of time on your hands.
