When i first got my Powerball, i thought to myself "Its to hard" but after practicing different techniques i have realized how easy it is. Its so addictive, well worth the 15 quid i payed for it from play.com! Strengthens your wrist, and lots of fun. The score system on the Powerball neon pro makes it even more addictive, as you can compete against friends and family. After showing my Dad how to use it he couldn't put it down and he kept trying to beat my score. You don't need to be strong to get a good score with a powerball, its mainly about the technique that you use. When scores of over 10000 are reached and sustained, your whole arm gets stronger. Don't go overboard with it, i used it so much on the first day i got it that when i woke up the next day i could hardly move my arm. The power it has for the size of it is unbelievable! MUST BUY!!
