Advantages: Loyal companion Disadvantages: Love to drool & slobber!
in love all over again and now had two men in my life, and one of them was a brindle 2 year old boxer dog!
***George the looker***
George is a gorgeous brindle colour with perfect white socks, white features on his face and big white tummy that he loves us to rub!
He has the largest head imaginable with the sweetest puppy dog look I have ever seen, and boy does he know how to use those eyes.
Some people think boxers are ugly with their huge heads and big slobbering jowls but I thing they are cute. George has huge floppy ears and always looks well groomed even though he smells like most dogs do!
Boxers are short haired dogs however they shred quite a lot of hair so George has given me quite a lot more cleaning then I ever expected!
He is now 9 years old and is still very muscular due to the amount of exercise he gets. He has the odd ...

Advantages: Burglars Stay Well Away Disadvantages: Alien Didn`t Slavver That Much!
So you`re toying with the idea to expand the family beyond the 2 point 4 children, eh? Kids have dragged you around every pet store, kennel, rescue centre and you are all sitting round the dining table each putting forward your case as to which you think is the breed for you.

Advantages: good family dogs, affectionate and gentle, have amusing little tricks Disadvantages: need lots of attention, take lots of walking, full of energy, expensive for a pedigree
I've just got my first boxer (not my first dog) about a month ago. Hes absolutely adorable and everyone we meet loves him BUT and this is a big but boxers take a lot of time and attention.
They are family dogs and are very gentle, they love to be around people and will often follow you around the house but they are completely loopy, their full of energy and need lots of walking and playing with.
There also very cheeky dogs, when we call ours he looks at you to acknowledge that hes heard you before either standing perfectly still or running off!
You also need to be aware that they are large dogs even at a young age and have a tendancy to jump up at people which can scare other dogs and children (although they would never hurt anyone). Hes absolutely fine with my baby cousin.
Boxers can jump quite high so make sure your ...
