Advantages: small, easy to use, cheap Disadvantages: not accurate
...After buying a mountain bike over a year ago, I must admit I hardly ever use it. This year I've started making a few changes to my life and one is to start some form of exercise to become slightly fitter - so I bought a cycling computer !
No it won't make me fit but I thought it would act as an incentive to get me out and about because its a new gadget for me to play with but obviously have to travel far to test it properly.
Oooooookaaaaaaaay you're thinking ! but anyway, I ordered it from that lovely little place called ebay for £5.99 and thought what a bargain. Similar computers with only 9 functions cost about £15 in the shops and do less. So it arrives typically on a day I have to go to work and can't use it :(. When I get home from work I read the booklet - yes us men can read booklets its just half the time we choose not too...

Advantages: Everything about this shoes and idea of having that type of shoes Disadvantages: none
...If you think that people who have this shoe are maniacs or sportsmen's only - you are wrong. That type of shoe (with cleats) is the best possible solution for you, your cycling comfort and safety.
Got them for over one year now and they are still in one piece and perfect condition. I had a number of serious accidents, but thanks idea of cleating into pedals- I went through with cuts and bruises only.
Just imagine yourself commuting on a busy road and accidently someone bumps your rear wheel. Normally you would felt over or fall on his mask. Not when having them. They will hold you on bike or help to accumulate most of force. I mean not shoes itself They won't let you leave bicycle unless you want it or force is so strong.
All things am telling you now taking from my own cycling experience so I believe that is best...

Advantages: None at all Disadvantages: too difficult even on the lowest setting
...I had one of these excercise bikes, used it once and gave it to a friend. I bought it from Index or Argos, cant remeber which for £100. It was a self assembly job which was not too difficult but on using the cycle it was a nightmare. Because it use magnets instead of a friction belt you had to constantly strain to keep the wheel going unlike a conventional cycle which sort of free wheels a bit. I used this excercise bike for less then 5 minutes and my legs were like jelly when I got off. I have since given it to a friend. It was a total waste of money and would not recomend it to anyone....

There has been a series of killings in the subdued small town of Tarker Mills. Reports of a large wolf like creature prowling the town are greeted with a mixture of disbelief and fear. Yet as the killings become more and more violent it is clear that no more
This excersise bike is great for the price, it has a sensor in the hand grip that monitors your pulse wholst you are on the bike, has a screen which is quite big so very clear to see that you can check what your pulse is, how far you have cycled,... more
