Review of Angel Paintball Guns by
peunut123
Advantages: Fast, accurate
Disadvantages: expensive, Uncomfortable grip, quite heavy, ugly
...I have shot many high end guns in my career. I have shot and/or owned Vision Impulses, Timmys, Angels, Autococker (electro and manual), Egos, ions,Dm5 and mech 'mags. I play tourney ball and some of the characteristics I look for in a gun are different than what others look for. I am sorry to all you hardcore wdp angel lovers that are out there, but I was not very pleased with my first use of an angel and the future few times i used it. As usual WDP made another angel which had not improved majorly. I have used both angels g7 and speed, i have not been impressed with either. For the price it is not worth buying since you could get an ego05 (the finest, lightest, faster gun) made by planet eclipse. The speed is similar to oher top end markers (around 24bps max).
The grip is really uncomfortable and does not fit the hand well...

Fitness First is a go
Review of Fitness First, Derby by
Shadowcat15
Advantages: Great off peak membership and a friendly creche
Disadvantages: Gym classes are at times not everyone may find suitable
...I find the atmosphere at fitness first relaxing especially with free hot and cold drinks up stairs in the lounge area where there is also a generous supply of magazines and newspapers. The changing rooms are spacious and their are single sex saunas in each. The jacuze(?) is however mixed. The creche is well laid out quite resonably priced when compared to others. However creche places are very limited for under twos which can be a real pain. You have to book a few weeks in advance then pay a cancellation fee if your little angel decides to be ill that day. The facilities are good with lots of different machines and the staff are very helpful. Their is a good selection of gym classes however I found these did not always coincide well with the creche availablity or my off peak memebership. All in all a very good club which for a novice...

Mag my Ride!
Review of Mag Paintball Guns by
peunut123
Advantages: Fast, Accurate, Low Kick, Small profile, Strong
Disadvantages: Weight
...I have shot many high end guns in my career. I have shot and/or owned Vision Impulses, Timmys, Angels, Autococker (electro and manual), Egos, ions,Dm5 and mech 'mags. I play tourney ball and some of the characteristics I look for in a gun are different than what others look for. While it is not as flashy as most other high end markers it has many of the strengths I look for in a gun:
-Soft on Paint: The advent of the Level 10 is one reason I began liking my E-mag so much. I play back and this is one of the most important factors to me. Every second I am not shooting I am letting the other team bear down on my front players. As long as I am up shooting I keep them down for my teammates to advance.
-Reliability: I have used mags in tournaments for about a year and a half now and it has never let me down during a game. In the rare...
