Developed by the team eho like to Jib and ride in small parks. This new generation of small sandwich board rules versatility. With extended tips ans short running edges it will let rip it up in parks, rails and kickers.
Advantages: Excellent lever feel, stopping power, durability Disadvantages: when they squeel, they REALLY squeel
...it on the progressive feel of the braking action. You know exactly what the brake is doing and how much bite you have left at any given nano-second. It feels right. It feels safe. Let's face it, when you're bombing down the Wall at Afan, you need to have huge confidence in your braking ability!
The other deciding factor for me was the aftermarket availability of Shimano parts. Only Hope comes close it seems. Go into any bike shop anywhere in Europe, or the world for that matter, and you will see Shimano products on display. It's reassuring to know that if things do go wrong, you're never far away from the part you need.
So, one year (almost) in and how's the system performing? In short...I made the right choice. I wouldn't swap them for any other product if I was paid to. I've subjected the brakes to some of the most fearsome challenges in the UK - Afan...

Advantages: Fantastic looks, great forgiveness, good distance Disadvantages: Not exactly traditional!
...!!
The standard grip and particularly shaft options are absolutely fantastic on this club. The grip is Wilson Staff's own and is comfortable and durable but the shaft is where the club comes into its own! There are a few options but all are a nano tech shaft with a stable .350° tip but importantly are created in unison by Wilson Staff themselves and world renowned shaft experts Aldila. The results are fantastic and very noticable compared to hybrids with lesser shafts. If you do purchase one of these clubs it is well worth getting fitted as the shaft options are such that it could really make a difference to have a well suited one.
In terms of comparisons with the rest of the hybrid market the Dh6 series hold their own. Much of the market is design based and is about offering player a range of shapes/sizes to suit their eye and their game...

Advantages: Soft enough to be good on greens but still goes a good distance. Price. Disadvantages: Strange at first due to unusual dimple pattern.
...of this ball is different to most other balls available in the sense that it has 312 shallow, flat-bottomed dimples which are supposed to give the ball a high, controllable trajectory. The dimple design is known as having "PhD advanced design". Further technology is found in the balls' nano tech core which is chemically engineered to produce a lively but soft centre to the balls' construction. The ball also features a resilient HPF Mantle layer (developed by DuPont Chemicals) which is designed to give players the greatest possible acceleration off the club face and generate higher spin rates (to give more control to distance shots and more feel in the short game).
This ball is part of a series of current Wilson Staff golf balls on the market at the moment. There is a two-piece construction (DX2), the PX3 is their three-piece ball and the top ball...
