Disadvantages: Cant replace moulded studs when worn down

Really comfortable and easy to wear. They are very durable and great for all surfaces. Nice to play in due to comfort and the excellent feal helps when striking the ball. I use mine mainly on astro turf and they are great. A step up from trainers in terms of grip but better than metal tipped traditional studs which are not as adaptable on different surfaces. Nike Air Zoom Total 90's are by far the best pair of boot's I've ever had. The comfort is unbelievable, they mould to your feet within a week of getting them. You also get very good control with there unique tongue system over the laces. I've played with most of the classic boots over the years but this is the bets by some way, shown by such quality players as Figo, Scholes, Rooney and Reyes (okay Reyes isn't that quality!).
